On 12-13th of June, the Hungarian study trip was organised in the frame of the CIREVALC project. On the 2days events, the programs were held in Pécs and in Kaposvár, during which STRIA and the presenters highlighted their sustainable and circular solutions.

On the first morning, we organised project meeting with the partners as long as the stakeholders were introduced to each other with the moderated help of STRIA’s colleague. During the afternoon several good practices were presented in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pécs. Among others: Gastronomy Cluster of Baranya, Shopping Community of Pécs and the Vegadokk Ltd. After the programs in the Chamber of Commerce, we visited the Brewery of Pécs and participated in a guided factory tour.

On the second day, we travelled to Kaposvár, to FINO-FOOD Ltd, where partners and stakeholders got familiar with the company’s story, processes and different dairy products. The visit was matched with the presentation of the iFOOD Food Cluster and RAKUN Ltd’s solution. At the end of the programme, the partners were enriched with new experiences.
