On Friday 10 November 2023, we attended a training session on ChatGPT technology. Our aim was to learn more about the development, use, benefits and challenges of ChatGPT,
the focus was on ChatGPT technology. Nikolett Lupó presented the evolution of AI from GPT-3.5 to ChatGPT, highlighting the many benefits of the technology. The versatility of text generation and its potential to replace face-to-face customer service are prominent.
The presentation provided an excellent opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and share experiences. In addition to the benefits of using ChatGPT, Nikolett reminded us of the responsibilities of technology development and the extent to which ChatGPT can shape the future.
