South Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency participates in the Interreg Europe project Medtech4 Europe(M4E). M4E aims at optimising the effectiveness of public policies for research and innovation capacities in the field of medical technologies. The project is currently in its 8th phase, where the Hungarian partners will pilot and operate a technology innovation showroom, with tailored communication and dissemination activities.

For the successful operation of the showroom, visibility is essential to ensure that the infrastructure of biomedical, medical technology and related disciplines is effectively linked to business actors. At the same time, it is also necessary to keep this relationship collaborative and open, and to provide foresight for the future.

To this end, for the pilot action linked to the showroom and the two demonstrations, two videos will be developed for enhanced, targeted promotion and marketing, illustrating the business impact of the infrastructures supported and the disciplines commercialised. The two videos will focus on the current pilot action and will be set in the context of the biomed and microscopy spectroscopy research and innovation infrastructures in South Transdanubia.

In addition, a third, more comprehensive video will be produced to present the pilot action of the project. The pilot action aims to test the feasibility of transposing the good practice of the French “CEA Technology Innovation Showroom” Medtech4 Europe to Hungary for effective promotion and marketing of medical technology research and development infrastructures for more efficient use in Hungary.

The Medtech4 Europe project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and Hungary within the Interreg Europe Program.
